“Why would Medic’s Haven’s enforcement team want anything with me?” Felix asked, puzzled. He had never interfered with their affairs. 

“I’m not sure of the details, but they claim you’ve insulted them and want to investigate,” Silas explained. / 

Felix immediately thought of Ethan and believed this had to be his doing. He smirked- Malcolm had already retreated, yet Ethan still dared to act out. 

“Got it. Thanks for the heads–up,” Felix replied casually. 

Silas sensed Felix’s underlying mood and added, “Just be careful. You know how Medic’s Haven operates. 

“While most members are reasonable, their enforcement team is notoriously aggressive. Try to be diplomatic. If the investigation goes smoothly, this might blow over. Don’t antagonize them.” 

Felix knew Silas meant well, so he gave a polite response. Still, Felix was not the kind to bow his head over something he did not do. If they wanted trouble, they would get exactly what they asked for. 

“Everything really was under Mr. Grayson’s control,” Zara said as she took back her phone, her eyes filled with sadness. 

Felix replied, “He means well. Though I don’t understand his reasons, I can tell he’s a good person.” 

Zara forced a sweet smile. “Yes. Well, I should go now.” 

Back at the parking lot, Felix frowned at a Mercedes MPV parked so close to his car that he could not even open his driver’s door. Despite the airport’s generous parking spaces, someone’s terrible parking had created this situation. 

Just as he was about to check if a contact number was left on the windshield, he heard a commotion nearby. 

Someone yelled, “Don’t you dare leave! We’ve been waiting for you. Look at my car. You scratched the paint right off!” 

On the other side of the van, a burly man named Hansel was trying to open his car door when a skinny young man grabbed his arm and stopped him. 

“Kid, if you don’t let go, I’m going to break your arm,” Hansel Ziegler growled. 

But the skinny guy, Damian, did not back down despite being clearly outmatched. “No way! Look at the position of our cars. It’s obvious you scratched mine. Either settle this

Hansel laughed, slamming his car door shut before rolling his shoulders like he was warming up. “Fine. I’ll go with settling it privately. As for the price, let’s discuss it nicely and slowly.”
