Hearing Nala keep repeating those words, Alfied asked quickly, “Miss, are you alright?”

But now, few wanted to buy houses here despite the prime location. The prices were not cheap, and the residential area had been there for too long. That was why the agent was surprised anyone would be interested in one of the villas. 

The apartments still sold well thanks to the central location, but it was rare to see anyone wanting to buy a villa. “Mr. Zeller, this is Villa No. 3. Watch your step, please.” 

The villa had been on the market for over a year without a single viewing. Felix was the first. 

“Thank you.” Felix looked around. There were vegetables planted in the yard, which meant the previous owner was probably someone elderly. 

“The previous owners moved abroad to live with their son. They were meticulous people who maintained the house well.” 

The three–story villa had no garage. There were only a few parking spaces beside it. After touring the property, Felix smiled. “It’s not bad.” 

Not bad? The agent was surprised. Did that mean there was hope in selling the villa? 

“You have excellent taste, Mr. Zeller: Though it’s older, the location is prime, and the property management is 

Felix waved off her pitch. “You said it’s eight million dollars, right?” 

“Yes, and the owners said they’re open to negotiating for a serious buyer.”
