“Mr. Schneider had it stored in your restaurant—you can verify this easily.” 

Upon her words, Tim understood that the wine couldn’t be fake–any wine had to be authenticated before storage at Sapphire Paragon. 

Otherwise, if the staff had damaged it, how could the compensation be settled if the guest merely stated any amount? 

A card appeared before Tim as he looked toward Felix. 

Felix said, “Any issues with you taking care of things? I’m not wasting another word with this woman.

However, Tim’s eyes widened in extreme shock the next moment. Oh, dear! Was that a Golden Card? Unbelievable! A VIP had come to dine here. 

“Our dearest VIP, I sincerely apologize for this incident. Please proceed to your private room–I’ll handle things on my end,” Tim said respectfully. 

Felix put the Golden Card away and headed toward the private room. He came here because Wendy had invited him for a meal. Sapphire Paragon was just another one of the Kinsleys‘ businesses. 

Yet, he didn’t expect to bump into Sabrina, his sly cousin, there. 

Not only were the other customers stunned, but Sabrina was also flabbergasted. What was that card? Why did Tim’s attitude change so dramatically in an instant? 

“Madam, our restaurant will compensate for the wine. I’ll ensure that the same bottle of Romanée–Conti worth the same price will be on your table the next time you come. Would you be satisfied with that?” Tim asked. 

Sabrina felt that she was on the brink of insanity. Did they really just agree to settle things this way? “W–Who is he? Why is your restaurant covering his bill?” 

“That’s not for you to bother about. As long as things are resolved to your satisfaction, that’s the best outcome, no?” 

Tim didn’t dare to question a VIP holding a Golden Card. Despite her many questions, Sabrina turned and left.

She was confused about what was going on. She wanted to know exactly what kind of card did Felix hold. She planned to ask Milo whether Warren had truly cut ties with Felix. 

After a while, Hugo arrived at the restaurant. Tim greeted him warmly, “Welcome, Mr. Lambert! The private room has been reserved for you.” 

“Okay.” 

Tagging along, Tim’s eyes darted around as he whispered to Hugo, “Mr. Lambert, Ms. Kinsley is also dining in one of the private rooms. 

Hugo had often tipped generously for such information. “Oh? Which room? Who is she with?”
