Tammy explained that her father, whom she hadn’t seen in five years, had somehow mortgaged the house, leading to their situation. 

In less than a minute, the five thugs were apologizing profusely and scurrying away with their tails between their legs. 

“Mr. Zeller, it’s done. The loan agreement will be delivered to me by sunset, and I guarantee they won’t bother you again.” Hudson nodded.
