During the day, Felix wandered around the town alone and saw several trucks entering. However, he didn’t head over to talk. He only watched from a distance. 

Someone from the headquarters had taken the note he had hidden the night before. Felix couldn’t find anything strange during the whole process. 

In a city over 31 miles away from Seapoint, Xena was worried after reading the note brought back by the driver. 

Felix had snuck in, but why was everything getting weirder? 

Xena couldn’t help much now. All she could do was contact Seven and tell him what Felix had said in the letter 

“My Dragonspines are trembling, but I don’t know why. I cannot contact anyone, too.” 

Another night passed, and Felix grew more irritable. As long as he was in the house, the Dragonspines didn’t stop trembling. Now, he could only hope that his fellow apprentices could find a way to bring him Gerald’s explanation. 

Around 10:00 am, the dogs in his area started barking. Felix went outside and saw a couple of stray dogs. The sight was quite a normal thing, but Felix was full of joy! 

He had recognized one of the dogs called Dash–a small dog raised by Karina. Although it looked like a stray, it had high intelligence. As they were getting along in Eden Village, Felix had thought Dash was almost like a spirit. 

“You poor things! Let me get you guys something to eat.” 

He went back inside and brought out some ham sausages. The dogs immediately began. wagging their tails crazily. Felix fed the two dogs and took the opportunity to sneak the note- behind Dash’s hind paw into his pocket. 

Although he was eager to read the note, he played with the dogs for a little while before heading back inside. 

When he read the note, his expression changed. 

“The Dragonspine trembling means something is invading your soul. They tremble as they’re protecting your soul. So, leave quickly!” 

What? Was it actually the soul? 

Felix’s expression turned sour. He didn’t expect the trouble in Seapoint to actually relate to souls.
