Lenard kicked Cyrus hard, shouting, "Get out of here! Don't ever think of seeing Nancy again. She must have been blind to have ever liked someone like you."
Cyrus staggered back, caught off guard by the sudden attack. He barely regained his balance before Judson spoke up, his face cold and disdainful. "Throw him out. We don't need him dirtying up the place for Nancy."
Just as Cyrus was about to protest, he saw a group of security guards rushing towards him. They grabbed him and began dragging him out.
Cyrus looked desperately at Nancy, who was cradled in Judson's arms. "Nancy, there's nothing between Hayley and me. I came here to comfort you," he pleaded. "If you kick me out now, how do you plan on clearing your name?"
"Nancy, I can sort this out for you. You just need to come back with me. I'm the one you can rely on."
Judson's expression remained icy, a mocking smile playing on his lips. Cyrus wasn't the only one who could fix this.
Lenard was livid. "Get lost! Good riddance, you jerk!"
Cyrus tried to say more, but he was forcefully escorted out of the room. An awkward silence then settled over the backstage area.
Lenard's eyes were red as he looked at Nancy, his voice trembling. "Nancy..."
Nancy gently removed Judson's arm from around her waist and walked over to Lenard, wiping the tears from his eyes. "Lenard, it's all in the past now."
"It might be in the past, but the scars remain!" Lenard hugged Nancy tightly, thinking of all the pain she'd endured. "Why didn't you tell us you were being treated like this by Cyrus?"
Judson watched the two of them embracing, feeling an inexplicable sense of irritation. But seeing Nancy's sorrowful expression, he clenched his fists, forcing himself to stay silent. Nancy's world wasn't just about him; Lenard was family too.
"How can I not worry?" Winnie sulked.
Penny chuckled, teasing, "Lena, little Winnie was so upset seeing you framed that she finally swallowed her pride and asked her family for help. But it turns out Michael already has the answers."
All eyes turned to Michael, Lenard especially looking shocked. "You've got the answers already?"
"Did you really think I'd just drop the mic and not figure out what's going on?" Michael shot back with mock arrogance, his eyes flicking briefly to Judson's.
Truth be told, he owed Judson a thank you. Without Judson granting him access to his intelligence network, Michael wouldn't have been able to gather information so quickly.
Both Lenard and Potter were eager, with Potter asking anxiously, "So who stole Lena's designs? Was it someone from Nora's team?"
