With that thought in mind, Jackson thought that this matter should be urgent. 

“Mrs. Bane took the final test of Starr Training Camp today and went to Misty Forest,” Victor reported to Jackson clearly. 

“Misty Forest?” Jackson frowned as his gaze turned cold immediately. 

Jackson knew that the people in charge of Starr Training Camp would find a way to keep the students safe, as they had arranged for the students to go to Misty Forest for the test. However, Misty Forest was an accident–prone area. 

Jackson suddenly had a bad feeling. He was still calm, but his eyes had darkened. “Go on.” 

Victor pursed his lips and continued, “Mrs. Bane didn’t come out after she entered a cave. Her companions have all returned, but she is still nowhere to be seen… We suspect that something had happened to Mrs. Bane…” 

Jackson’s eyes turned sharp, and his handsome face stiffened in an instant. “Send someone to the cave to have a look and report the situation to me instantaneously.” 

Victor didn’t dare to delay and promptly nodded. “Yes, Mr. Bane.” 

Immediately after, Victor turned around and left the study. 

After Victor left, Jackson left the wheelchair and stood up straight. 

If something really had happened to Oneida, he had to go to Misty Forest himself. He couldn’t rest assured and trust anyone else with this task. 

An hour later, Victor returned to the study. Seeing Jackson standing quietly by the window, Victor was slightly surprised and thought, “I can’t believ Mr. Bane has gotten up from the wheelchair.”

Jackson seemed to have expected it. His expression remained unchanged when he heard Victor’s words. He didn’t look surprised, and there was no trace of emotion on his face at all. “Got it.” 

With that, Jackson walked past Victor and walked straight to the door of the study.
