When Cedric heard about the availability of secure SIM cards, he was ecstatic.

"That's fantastic! The ones we had before were given to us by our superiors, so we have no idea what to do now they've been destroyed. All SIM cards in Qustia have to be registered with real names, so it would be a great relief for us if you could help us solve this problem."

"Not to worry, Mr. Field!" Kingsley stood up and patted Cedric's shoulder.
