Kingsley didn't think much of it and smiled. "Alright, I'm looking forward to your gift, Alice."

Alice smiled charmingly. "Then, I'll go home first. I've been up all night, and I'm quite tired."

"Okay." Kingsley nodded and then signaled to Terrell. "Make sure to protect Dr. Kramer."

"Don't worry, Boss Nicholson." Terrell patted his chest and said, "Anyone who wants to harm Dr. Kramer will have to step over our dead bodies!"

Watching Alice leave the clinic, Kingsley turned to Baron and said, "Let's go back to the ward."

Just as they were about to leave, Jill rushed over and knelt in front of Kingsley, crying, "Dr. Nicholson, please help me check if my husband can still be saved! I beg you!"

She had witnessed how Kingsley saved the homeless man and Helen, and now she viewed him as a god-like figure. She just wanted Kingsley to save her husband as well.

Kingsley shook his head and sighed. "I really can't do anything about this."

Saying that, he beckoned at Kenny. "Kenny, do you have cash with you?"

"I do." Kenny quickly stepped forward and said, "I have about seven hundred here."

Kingsley pondered for a moment and said, "Alright, after you take care of Matt, send someone to get some money for her. As for the amount, you figure it out. After I finish treating Old Mrs. Fox, I'll transfer the money back to you."

Kenny chuckled. "Boss, what are you talking about? It's just a small amount of money! You don't have to return it!"

"This is a different matter." Kingsley patted his shoulder. "I'll leave this to you."

After saying that, he and Baron pushed Helen toward the ward. By now, Jude should have already brought Professor Gershwin to the ward.

After Kingsley and the others left, Kenny said to the distraught Jill, "Madam, did you hear that? I'll have one of our men take you to get the money later, so don't be sad."

Revenge was a dish best served cold!
