Baron learned that Cassius had already made contact with the Law Family, the underworld family.

That was a reality check to Jarett.

All Baron wanted right now was to quickly join Kingsley's new gang and secure a good position for himself.

"Mr. Howe, I have a lot of things to attend to. I don't have time for a drink," Kingsley said with a faint smile. "And besides, didn't we agree to wait until Wendell recovers?"

"Well..." Baron's heart sank as he was disappointed. "You see, Wendell's injuries can't recover in a day or two…"

Before he could finish his sentence, a member of the Black Fist Gang came running over and interrupted him. "Boss, those two people are back!"

As he was interrupted, Baron glared at the member and roared, "Who?"

"It's the two guys who were under surveillance here before," the gang member replied.

Baron became angrier. "Geez! What's going on with them? Are they enjoying their stay here with me? They have no shame. I let them go, and how dare they come back? D*mn it! I'll kick them out right away!"

He started walking toward the entrance.

"Wait." Kingsley frowned. "I bet they have their reasons. I'll see what's going on. You must not act impulsively."

He knew that these two spies were anxious to go back and resume their espionage activities.

There must be a reason behind their return!

Baron nodded. "Okay, Boss Nicholson. I'll follow your lead."

Cedric and Emmett were anxiously waiting at the entrance.

Cedric smiled. "Mr. Howe, be rest assured. We are not like you, underworld people who only know how to fight and kill. I have business with Boss Nicholson. There's no need for you to be so cautious."

Baron remembered Kingsley's instruction not to act impulsively, so he snorted and remained silent.

After entering the room, Kingsley sat on the middle couch. Soon after, Emmett and Cedric also entered the room.

Cedric carefully locked the door before sitting opposite Kingsley with Emmett on a chair.

"Fire away, Mr. Field." Kingsley leaned back on the couch. "What do you need my help with?"

"Well, Mr. Nicholson." Cedric carefully began his speech. "Our leader is a very suspicious person. And I have been missing for a long time, so I need to prepare some gifts for him."
