On the way to the police station, Cecilia had already formulated a capture plan in her mind. 

She might not necessarily succeed, but she had confidence that she could do it better than the criminal investigation division. 

Her time was not wasted during the two years in the 

Peacekeeping Forces. 

She nodded solemnly to Gael and said, “I have a plan.” 

Then, she explained the plan in detail. 

Gael had not been on the front lines for more than a decade, but he worked his way up from a junior detective to police chief. 

So, Cecilia’s plan not only made sense to him, but his eyes were shining with excitement.

Gael also needed to go, but it was not convenient to go together, so they decided to act separately. 

After getting in the car, Cecilia called Hendrix and asked him to move up the gathering for retired professors.
