“Cassian, are you asking me to take the risk?” Tuesday said, her expression deep and hurtful, as if Cassian standing before her were a rebellious, ungrateful child.

“My heart doesn’t match Felipe’s,” Cassian said coldly. “Even if I wanted to, I couldn’t do it. So, you’re asking me to take the risk. Truly, you’re such a great mother.”
