He placed his hands on my shoulders, saying seriously, "You don't have to worry about it. Leave it to me, and I'll handle it."

His eyes shone with a firm determination to succeed.

He let go of me and walked off to the side, making some calls to people in order to fish for information on the little girl.

It turned out that her name was Penelope Summers, and her parents operated a small company.

He obtained Penelope's father's phone number and proceeded to call him. When the other side picked up, he got straight to the point, explaining the purpose of his call.

Penelope's father, Liam Summers, didn't reply immediately.

Zane understood that as a parent, Liam was sure to be incredibly cautious in fear that his child may come to harm, so he explained that Penelope's family could record something for her from home instead, then hand it to her when it was time for school.
