In the past, he would have felt better after taking the meds. But he didn't expect to faint from severe stomach pain this time.

She helped him up from the floor. "Can you walk? I'll send you to the hospital."

Although he was unhappy at how Alec was hanging around Jenny, he understood that the two might have started dating had he not shown up and disrupted the plan.
