Molly didn't expect him to be so sensitive. She had no choice but to admit it. "My bad. I really shouldn't have eaten so much. My stomach doesn't feel too well."

Sean's eyes darkened and pulled her back. "Stay here. I'll get Tony to fetch the pills from downstairs."

"It's quite late. Let's not trouble him. I'll go downstairs and get it. Wait forme here."

Molly's voice was gentle and tried to rid Sean of his worries. She then stood up and headed downstairs.

Sean furrowed his brows even more. He looked at his legs with frustration.

Under such circumstances, he should be the one going down the stairs. However, he had to be the one who couldn't walk. This meant that Molly had to go downstairs herself even though she didn't feel well.

Sean's face darkened even more.

Molly went downstairs, found the medicine and took it. She quickly came back.

When Molly walked through the door, she saw how dark Sean's face was and was shocked. "What s it? Did I upset you in some way?

I promise I won't do it again in the future."

"No, it's not you." Sean shook his head.

He was mad at himself.

Molly didn't know what was going on, but when she lay back on the bed, she was pulled into Sean's arms. "Do you still feel uncomfortable?"

Molly found a comfortable position and said, "I'm fine. The medicine takes effect pretty quickly."

Sean nodded and didn't say anything else. However, he placed his warm hand on Molly's belly and rubbed it gently.

There was a layer of clothes between Sean's hand and Molly's belly, but Molly felt that her stomach was getting warmer and the aching slowly began to disappear.

Before she knew it, she fell asleep.

Sean kept his eyes on Molly. He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that Molly was no longer feeling uncomfortable.

Molly was up later than usual the next day.
