Molly woke up at noon the following day.

She learned that Sean was in the underground research room, so after a quick lunch, she made her way to the basement.

Sean was on a video call. Noting her arrival, he waved her over.

"Come over. It's the kids and Mr. Ballard."

Delighted, Molly hurried over. Her eyes warmed at the sight of the three adorable kids on the screen. The three children's faces lit up with excitement when they saw their mother, and they shouted in unison, "Mommy!"

"Have you arrived?" Molly asked, her voice cracking with emotion.

She had been worried about the children and Mr. Ballard for the past two days, and seeing them safe filled her with relief.

She was overjoyed.

"We're getting ready to board the plane."

The kids replied, easing Molly's concerns even further.

Thank God, they were finally safe.

With a serious expression, she reminded them. "After going back, stay with your uncles. Don't be naughty or mischievous, alright?"

She blathered on and on.

On the other end of the phone, the children were not annoyed. On the contrary, they listened carefully with their eyes fixed on her.

"Are we clear?" Molly asked in the end.

"Loud and clear!" the three little ones responded in unison.

A warm smile spread across Molly's face as she gazed at them tenderly. "Your dad and I will go back soon."

"We'll wait for you at home."

"Yeah."

They were so engrossed in their conversation that they would have continued talking if it weren't for their flight. Reluctantly, they ended the video call.

"Are you sure?" Molly asked, concern etched on her face.

It was not that she didn't believe him, but those at the base were no ordinary people.

"Yeah. The damage is too severe."

It would take at least six months to fully repair it.

He naturally would not give the base and the Martial Art Union that much time.

Soon, the entire base would be destroyed.

Sean's eyes glinted with coldness.

"That's good."

Molly heaved a sigh of relief and said, "They won't have time to deal with us."

Sean nodded but changed the topic. "By the way, Mr. Shepard sent a message this morning. The base was supposed to ship a batch of goods, but it has been delayed because of this."
