On that day, Celeste went back to her home in London in the afternoon.

The previous night, she told Maria a lot of things about her relationship with Gary. She also talked about Janice during the two days in London. Soon, Maria basically knew everything about her relationship with Gary.

Celeste felt that she was too lonely, so she needed a friend to talk to so she could vent out her feelings. Maria was her best friend.
