Ernest burst laughing at Leah's surprised face and said, "I guess I managed to get all of them. No wait, you got that one."

Ernest looked at the man lying on the ground. He looked like he had been beaten up badly.

Leah followed his gaze and saw the man lying on the ground. A brief moment of fear welled up

"Why are you laughing? I'm scared to death." She was so afraid when she saw the four burly men. How would she know that Ernest knew how to fight?

"Don't be afraid." Ernest smiled as he looked at Leah and reached out to rub her head. "Does it hurt?"

Ernest's expression soured and he looked at the man on the ground angrily. He regretted not hitting the man harder.

Leah looked at Ernest and immediately asked, "What should we do, Ernest? They're here again."

"I called the police, but they haven't arrived yet. I called your brother too, he's here at the movies with Celeste. He said he'd be right over," Leah said anxiously.

"My brother is nearby?" Ernest was also surprised to hear this.

He narrowed his eyes and subdued the two men before turning around to save Leah.

The man caught Leah's shoulder and she screamed in fear. She turned around and whacked the man in the face with her bag.

He was in so much pain that he immediately let go of the hand that was clutching Leah's shoulder.

Leah managed to escape and ran straight for Ernest.

Ernest quickly pulled Leah into his arms.

Leah gasped as she lay in his arms. "Ernest, I'm so afraid."

"You b*tch!" The man who was struck by Leah cried out.

Ernest frowned.

At this time, the other two people also gathered around.

"Help!" Leah could only shout loudly when she saw the situation.

No matter what, she still had to call for help.

Unfortunately, the sound of footsteps suddenly disappeared.

As he spoke, Gary took a step forward and stepped on the back of the leader's neck.

The man under his foot immediately let out a groan of pain.

"Tell me, who sent you?" Gary put pressure on the man's neck as if he was going to break it if he didn't talk.

The man snorted in the face of excruciating pain and did not say anything.

"He's quite tough. I'm guessing that he wouldn't spill the beans so quickly," Ernest said.

"Oh." Gary nodded his head slowly. "Is that so? I love these sort of people."

Gary was never a person who played by the rules. Naturally, he wouldn't be merciful to his enemies too. He stepped on the man's neck hard.

The neck was one of the body's weakest spots, so the pain was extreme when Gary stepped on it.

"Ahhhhhhh!" The man was in so much pain that he lost it.
