In the conference room.

Grace followed Hermione into the conference room while Heinz followed closely behind her.

He was sticking very close to Grace, and she felt thoroughly oppressed and couldn't walk comfortably at all.

Hermione thought of something as soon as she just entered the conference room. She said, "I'm sorry, Mr. Jones. I just remembered that I have to make an important phone call. Can you please spare me ten minutes?"

Heinz frowned and nodded. "Sure."

"Thank you so much, Mr. Jones," Hermione said gratefully as she smiled and left quickly

She winked at Grace while on her way out.

Upon seeing this, Grace was confused.

Grace suddenly thought of something. She turned to Heinz and said, "I'm going to get my notebook. I'll be back in five minutes."

Heinz grabbed her arm just as she was about to leave. "You're so naive. Stop trying to make up excuses to avoid me.

Grace was embarrassed.

Heinz raised his eyebrows and said, "Can't you see that Hermione intentionally left us alone?"

It was then that she finally understood why she

wanted to leave.

However, he stopped her from leaving.

"It's our time now," Heinz said. Then, he rolled his sleeve up, revealing a luxurious black wristwatch.

Grace took a glance at it. It was a Vacheron Constantin. It looked expensive.

It was a really nice watch for a man.

Heinz took a glance at the time.

She rolled her eyes and said, "Let me go."

However, He didn't budge but instead stood in front of her, holding her arms tightly. Grace couldn't move at all. She looked at him and found out that he was looking at her in a mischievous way.

He was smirking at her. "There are only eight and a half minutes left. What do you want me to do?"

"Nothing!" she shouted quickly.

How could they do it in the office? This was too much!

Heinz narrowed his eyes and looked into her eyes. He got closer to her and said, "We'll still have more than three minutes left if we made out for five minutes."

"Absolutely not."

He chuckled in a low voice and said, "Do you think you still have the right to reject me? You ignored me last night, so how can you still ignore me when I came here just to see you? Even your chief editor knows it." "That's because she doesn't have the guts to offend you," Grace retorted.

"Yup. She's really good at knowing what she should do." Heinz said in a playful tone. He was so close to her that she could feel his breath on her face.

Grace frowned and felt a little helpless. She wanted to take a step back.

"Don't hide," he said sarcastically.

There was no way for her to hide at all.

She raised her chin and frowned. "You-"

"Don't move. This is the perfect angle." Heinz narrowed his eyes and muttered in a hoarse voice, "Yes, that's it. Don't move."

"What are you going to do?" Grace asked.

He was staring at her.

Grace glared at him. It was obvious that he was aroused.

"It's convenient for me to do this at this angle.” He said in a deep voice.

Hmm...

Hermione. All she could do was to wait and find out.

The silence in the conference room was so prevalent that you could hear a feather land, and it only made her more anxious.

She glanced at him and found that he was staring at her coldly. He looked as if he was going to kill her.

She pursed her lips and said, "I'll feel tired if I let my personal matters interfere with my work."

"Tired?" He raised his eyebrows and repeated her words. Then, he snarled, "Well, I guess you need to work out more. Your stamina seems bad."

Grace felt a little helpless. This guy was scaring her.

She looked into his eyes and said, "It's so obvious that you can't control your sexual desire. This is so annoying."

Heinz retorted, "Yes, I have a really high sex drive right now. I need you but you always reject me and it's pissing me off."

Grace was dumbfounded.

"You know what you should do since you've also noticed that I've had a really high sex drive recently. It's good for our health and our relationship," he continued.

"Oh look, time's up! Now, can you please shut up?" Grace said grumpily.

Heinz sneered, "I'm going to take you away later. Well have to see if I am capable of doing this or not."

All of a sudden, there was a knock on the door.

"Come in," Heinz said in a deep voice. He sounded as if this was his company. He was not polite at all.

Grace rolled her eyes and thought, "He's such an alpha male."

"Mr. Jones, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting." Hermione entered the conference room. She sat down and looked at Grace. Then, she said, "Well, let's get started, shall we?"

Heinz said, "I'll just keep this short and sweet. Grace brought up something about investing in your company for me. I've been thinking about it for a long time and have read several of your newspapers. I must say, this company has improved a lot."

"Mr. Jones, are you really thinking about investing here?" Hermione asked happily.

He nodded. "Yup! I have decided to invest in this company for Grace's sake."
