Everyone listening in on the conversation outside was stunned.

The both of them were absolutely shameless. How could they have done something so insane?

Grace was trembling in anger after hearing Marry's words. Her child was indeed alive; he was taken away from her forcefully.

Heinz could barely hold himself back.

He was about to kick the door open when Grace held him back.

She still wanted to listen in on the conversation.

Despite being overwhelmed with anger, she had to force herself to suppress it. Otherwise, she might not have the opportunity to listen to the complete truth in the future.

Heinz's heart was beating erratically against his chest. There turned out to be two children.

What on earth did he miss?

How could he have not asked Grace about it? If that really was the case, could Ernest be Grace's son as well?

It was hard to tell the truth now, but he had a hunch that it would be revealed soon.

Inside, Marry was still trying to provoke Simon to his limits.

Sonia started to get changed slowly. Marry growled, "Simon, not only did you bring this woman home, but you also covet Sunny Group. How dare you. You're a monster. If Grace was to know about everything, she would despise you."

"She won't!" Simon sneered, "This will remain a secret. Me being with Sonia, it's all because of you. It's all because of your own selfishness. You deserve every bit of what you're getting now."

"Then you had better finish me off. If you don't, I will tell Grace that the other twin is still alive," Marry returned.

"So what?" Simon raised an eyebrow. "She wouldn't be able to find him anyway. Moreover, she'll hate you more for what you've done, instead of me."

"You really are despicable!¹' Marry snorted.

"So what if I am?" Simon no longer cared. "It's odd that you're still in your right mind. Should I give you some drugs to help you along the way?"

"How dare you!" Marry was taken aback at his words, her entire body trembling in fear. Looking at the man before her, she was completely frightened.

"Why wouldn't I?" Simon narrowed his eyes. "You've been awake for too long, it's time for you to rest now."

Simon stood up as he spoke. He took out a syringe from the bedside table.

Marry was terrified. "W-what are you doing?"

"I'm giving you an injection," Simon replied calmly. "You'll no longer be able to harm others once you've lost your sanity."

"You're sick," Marry breathed out fearfully.

"You're the one who's sick."

Sonia finished getting changed and glanced at the two. There was a glimmer of light in her eyes.

She said to him, "Simon, I'm leaving now."

"Go," Simon said. "Remember, don't tell anyone about anything you've heard."

"I know," Sonia said. "Don't worry, Simon. I know what's best for me."

"Good," Simon said in a low voice. "If I find out that you are playing tricks behind my back, you should know that I'm not a kind person."

"Of course!" Sonia smiled and opened the door.

Right then, she paused in surprise.

Several people stood at the door, looking at them.

"G-Grace?" Sonia paled, instinctively looking back at Simon.

Simon's smug expression stiffened.

The temperature in the room fell in an instant.

Sonia tried to escape after watching the chaos unfold before her.

However, Jensen blocked her and said, "You cannot leave. I'm the police. We will decide if you can leave after the investigation is over."

Sonia paused, then she quickly agreed. "Okay, fine."

As soon as Marry heard that the police came, she immediately shouted, "Police, I want to report something."

"Slap!"

Grace gave her a fierce slap in the face.

It happened so suddenly, that everyone was stupefied.

Marry's head was forced to turn over to the side from the impact. There was a handprint on her cheeks.

"You're both monsters," Grace said with a trembling voice, her heart filled with hatred. "How dare you do that to my son?"

"Yes, I'm a monster." Marry did not refute it. "I'm sorry."

"Where did you send my child off to?" Grace roared. "You've separated us for so many years. Marry, how could you."

"I sold him off to traffickers," Marry replied. "They sent him to a family without any children. I don't know where he is, but the child is still alive."

"You b*tch!" Grace grabbed hold of Marry's shoulders and shook them hard. "You're f*cking trash."

"Grace," Heinz leaned down and pulled her into an embrace. "Get up, Grace."

Grace was pulled into his arms in a trance.

Her eyes were red. She had always put on a strong front. However, she couldn't hold herself back when she thought of her missing child. "Heinz, help me find him. I gave birth to a pair of twins. They separated him from me. I was too dumb back then. I should've called the police early on."

"Follow me, I know where he is." Heinz held her tightly and said to Jensen, "Take care of everything here. I'll take Grace to see the child."
