The people in the PR department worked very efficiently. They soon prepared two statements.

Jason first sent a statement to Tia and told her to immediately post it on her personal Twitter account.

As for Luke's side of the story, Jason scheduled the post to go up in an hour.

Luke was not interested in social media. The statement would be posted on T Corporation's official Twitter account.

After Luca clocked in at her office, she prepared to go to the lab. This time, she would bring her phone along with her.

When she took out her phone from her handbag, she habitually opened the messaging app to see if Amur had sent her a message.

She did not see Luke today. Sean was the one who picked up Tommy at night.

Before Sean left, Luca abruptly said, "Right, Mr. Zander, is it alright if I take a day off tomorrow?"

"I have a friend in the hospital. I'd like to visit her tomorrow," Luca said.

Sean nodded. "Alright, I'll let Sir know."

"Thank you." Luca felt her heart wrench again. It was as though her chest was wrapped up so tightly that she could not breathe.

"Bye-bye, Ms. Luca." Tommy was disappointed that he would not be eating Luca's cooking tomorrow, but he did not throw a tantrum.

Luca waved her hand and said, "Bye, Tommy."

After she watched them enter the elevator, she closed the door.

She sat on the couch again, opened the Twitter app on her phone, and searched for Tia's account. Other than the statement, Tia had not posted any new updates or liked any replies.
