The purpose of Kaley's call to Brett was simple, to ask him why he left R City without telling her.

Originally, Izabella was supposed to be in a coma for a long time, but she surprisingly woke up soon and lost her memory. Izabella's amnesia was not good news for Kaley.

No one knew better than him how convenient a mobile blood bank like Izabella had been. As long as Kaley was injured and bleeding, he would forcibly take Izabella to the hospital to draw blood.

Thinking of the past, his heart felt like it was being gnawed by ants. Brett didn't dare to refuse Kaley's condition because he was really afraid of Izabella having an accident one day.

"Fine, I agree to let you come to J City. But if you say anything to Izabella that makes her remember something, I won't let you off easily."

He spoke concisely and gave her no respect.

Kaley knew his character and suppressed the breath, "I know."

As soon as she spoke, the call disconnected.

Kaley put down the phone, her lips curling coldly. The more Brett cared about Izabella, the more it benefited her.
