Presley arranged a young female doctor for Izabella, 25 years old, named Amelia.

Amelia had long, soft hair tied in a bun, making her face look very young.

Izabella's first impression of Amelia was that of a cheerful and lively good girl, but after chatting for 10 minutes, she didn't see her smile at all, and her temperament was quite dull.

When Amelia knew Izabella was pregnant, she said straight-faced, "You're not in a good condition to be pregnant right now."

"You can't blame me for speaking bluntly, but I'm just stating the facts. Whether you want to keep the baby or not, it's up to you."

This girl was so straightforward that it's kind of scary. Izabella's impression of her changed. In two words, she's reliable.

Both Presley and the previous doctor who checked her advised her to have the baby. Only Amelia advised her to get an abortion.

Izabella gently placed her hand on her abdomen. "I'm planning on getting rid of it too."

Amelia nodded in agreement, "But your situation is not suitable for an abortion now. Let's wait for a week or two for you to get better and come back to the hospital. I'll perform the surgery for you personally."

Amelia had heard about Izabella's fear of pain from Presley.

Izabella nodded.

The two of them settled the matter like this, with Presley on the side unable to put even a word in, giving Amelia a somewhat resentful look. All the persuasion before was in vain.

Amelia wasn't aware of Presley's hints, and she said to Izabella, "Then you'll be my patient from now on."

"Alright." Despite Amelia's young age, Izabella felt a sense of security being around her.

Amelia prescribed some medicine for Izabella, which cost over 700 dollars. She took her medicine and test results and left the examination room.

Ryker was still waiting for her outside the door, expressionless.

There were many people in the hospital, and when they saw such a handsome man standing there, they all turned their heads to look.

Ryker seemed to hate being stared at and lowered his head. When he saw Izabella come out, his eyes lit up and he walked towards her.

Izabella held the bag, "Let's go back.”

Ryker nodded and took a cautionary glance at Presley standing beside Izabella. Seeing him petting Izabella's head, he clenched his fist.

He didn't like this doctor.

Presley was going to send Izabella out of the hospital but was called to the surgical ward by a nurse.

Izabella walked ahead, and Ryker followed her closely, staring at her long hair. He raised his hand wanting to pet her head as well, but in the end, rationality made him put his hand down.

"Really?" Ryker's clear eyes were already turning red, looking quite pitiful.

"Really!" Izabella assured him again, "You be good at the orphanage and help the dean take care of the children, okay?"

Izabella softened her tone, her voice tender, and Ryker reluctantly looked at Izabella.

"Okay."

Izabella closed the car door and told the driver to leave.

The car had driven quite a distance, and she could still see Ryker's figure in the rearview mirror.

There was a strange feeling in her heart. Izabela couldn't quite describe it. It was like eating ice cream mixed with medicine - sweet at first, then bitter, and finally all kinds of flavors lingering in her heart made her feel uncomfortable.
