"So we'll talk to Izabella later, what if she disagrees?"

"Whether she agrees or not doesn't matter!" Didn't she not want to have his child? Isn't this perfect for her now?

Brett had been staying with Kaley until Trista came over to tell him that Izabella had woken up, and then he got up.

Kaley tugged at his sleeve, "You promised to take me with you."

"Are you still dizzy?"

"I can walk." Kaley lifted the quilt, slowly propping herself up from the bed. It was normal to feel a bit dizzy after having blood drawn, but she quickly recovered.

Brett held her around the waist, and the two went to the next room together.

Struggling to open her eyes, Izabella was a bit disoriented for a moment, not knowing where she was until she heard Trista call for the nurse. Only then did she realize she was in a hospital.

She stared at the IV bag overhead, then reached down to gently touch her abdomen. She could no longer feel any movement inside.

Izabella felt a deep silence in her heart. She had never thought that her child would leave in this way.

Hearing footsteps coming from outside, Izabella looked up to see Brett leading Kaley in.

Looking at the two of them, Izabella couldn't help but tremble, her gaze filled with hatred.

Brett felt her gaze and furrowed his brows.

Holding onto Brett's arm, Kaley smiled warmly, "Izabella, are you okay?"

Unable to control her emotions, Izabella's breathing suddenly quickened, her heart pounding, and her blood seemed to freeze. "Get out!"

Kaley seemed startled, shrinking back into Brett's embrace as if she was scared, pretending to be frighten yet the corner of her mouth held a slight sneer.

Brett gently patted Kaley's back, "What's your problem, Izabella! Kaley even donated blood for you despite you pushing her down the stairs, and here you are cursing at her."

"Disgusting." The thought of having Kaley's blood in her body made her feel sick.

When Brett heard this, he thought about what Kaley had said to him before. His half-lidded eyes glinted with a chilling light, "What did you say?"

"I said I'm disgusted. Just thinking that I have Kaley's blood in my body makes me want to vomit." After catching Brett's furious gaze, Izabella's pupils shrank.

Izabella weakly looked at the beast-like Brett in front of her, cracked a bitter smile, her frail body lay on the bed, tears soaked a large patch of the sheet.

"Even if I hadn't lost it this time, I would have gone to the hospital for an abortion. There's no future between us, why should I bear your child? I'm disgusted!"

That statement again, Brett was truly angry now. He stared coldly at Izabella, "So you used my hand to kill our child, didn't you?"

Brett had already settled on this answer. Coupled with what Kaley had said earlier, some answers were already set in his mind.

Izabella didn't want to bear his child and had planned to abort it.

Brett stared at Izabella, leaning over to her ear and gritting his teeth, "Izabella, you have such a cruel heart, you killed our child!"

Izabella froze, a ringing sound filled her ears. She curled up trembling on the bed, her eyes red.

Looking at the man who had pushed all the blame onto her, Brett had completely lost his mind. His ferocious expression was like that of a demon falling into hell, and at this moment, he seemed to want to pull Izabella into hell with him.

"Izabella, you owe me a child!"
