Sarah fetched the list of herbs, and Isla gathered the patient records. After reviewing the patient records, Hera replaced the rare herbs with something easier to obtain.

"You don't need to apologize. Staff turnover and market fluctuations are normal," Hera comforted him. Seeing him still downcast, she added, "Also, I've said this before. This was Everly's choice. Even if she hadn't left, other issues would have arisen. So, don't shoulder all the blame. You're not responsible for her."

"Thank you." Wayne was moved by Hera. "Since I can't help here, maybe I should resign."

"Who said that?" Hera picked out some herbs from the cabinet and packed them. "Take these to the Sanderson family. Also, Nicholas invited me to a banquet, but I'm busy. Please attend in my place."

Wayne paused, touched by her gesture. He accepted the items. "Alright."
