“No, I don’t want to go to the police station..” 

As Giselle was handcuffed and taken away, she was completely distraught and disheveled. 

she had clearly brought Hera here, so how did she end up lying on the bed? 

She only remembered trying to break away from Hera’s grasp. Suddenly, she felt dizzy and her whole body became weak. 

When she woke up, Hera was gone!

The elevator sounded as it reached the first floor. 

As the elevator doors opened, a group of reporters rushed over, broadcasting, taking photos, and interviewing. They attracted many onlookers. 

Some media recognized the disheveled Giselle. 

“Ms. Everett, you’re engaged to Mr. Gaskell Why were you in a hotel room with another man? 

“Ms. Everett, does that mean you’ve had a falling out with Mr. Gaskell?” 

“Does Mr. Gaskell know about your infidelity? 

Relying on her engagement to Zyler, Giselle maintained her position as the heiress of the Everett family. If the Gaskell family found out about this, not only would her engagement and dreams of marrying into a wealthy tzmily vanish, but even her position as the family’s heiress would be at risk. 

“No, it’s not true. You’re all spouting nonsense! Please stop ralding photos!” Giselle cried in despair. 

She had originally wanted to witness the scene of Heta being arrested by the police for prostitution firsthand. She had even anonymously tipped off the media, expecting it to be newsworthy. 

But she never expected that she would end up digging her own grave. 

It was all Hera’s fault! 

At this moment, James was in a bar on the first floor of the Imperial Hotel entertaining clients. 

One moment, he was boasting to the clients about Giselle growing up, her engagement with the Gaskell family, and the stability of the company’s finances. He assured them of their cooperation. 

The next moment, Giselle was being led away by the police on charges of prostitution and surrounded by the media. 

“Mr. Everett, your daughter is quite something.” 

“She’s engaged to Zyler Gaskell on one hand and seducing the CEO of Omega Microsystems on the other. Your daughter is quite impressive.” 

“I suggest we hold off on this partnership for now. Mr. Everett, you should focus on bailing your daughter first” 

The clients at the table murmured. 

James‘ facial expression turned bad. He wished he could find somewhere to hide. 

He put down his glass, apologized to the clients, and hurried to rescue his daughter 

James brought a lawyer to the police station and managed to bail out Giselle and Michael on the grounds of a misunderstanding.
