"You want my child to call you 'Dad'?" Bernard narrowed his eyes and sneered at Thiago and Nicholas. "What makes you two qualified?"

"Your opinion doesn't matter as long as Hera agrees!" Thiago huffed. "I believe Hera wouldn't mind the baby having a few more fathers."

"Exactly! The decision lies with the child!" Nicholas chimed in.

Bernard was perplexed. He had never seen anyone more shameless than them!

"I don't care what these guys are, but I'm going to be the godmother. And my future baby is going to be engaged to yours," Samantha declared.

"Sweetheart, we don't even know the baby's gender yet. Isn't it a bit early to arrange a marriage?" Shaun said.

"The gender doesn't matter as long as it's an engagement!" Samantha crossed her arms. "Society is much more open now. Same-gender marriages are totally normal."

Bernard groaned to himself. It seemed it would be better if his child didn't get too close to this group if they were a girl. He didn't want them corrupting his child!

After Hera finished discussing the matter with Gino, Lilith took the phone and reminded her to take care of her health.

When she returned, she overheard the group discussing children and was puzzled. "What are you all talking about?"

"We're making future marriage arrangements for our kids!" Samantha explained.

Bernard was surprised and amused that Chad had come for Hera rather than himself. He had clearly given up on convincing Bernard to return to the company after realizing it was futile.
