It was already past ten in the evening, definitely time to head home. Amara grabbed her bag, waved a quick goodbye to Peter and Bess, and stepped out of the Everly family home.

She didn't own a car before, but since deciding to keep the baby, she'd been thinking a lot about her future. For instance, she'd have to get used to driving herself around. It would be too inconvenient otherwise, especially with a child.

Therefore, a few days ago, she had Keith accompany her to a dealership. After some consideration, she purchased a sedan for a little over thirty thousand.

In the underground parking lot, her car stood out among the luxury models. She walked over confidently and opened the door.

"Is this your car?"

Footsteps came from behind her. Amara turned to see Finnian and Liliana approaching. Were they leaving too?

Finnian came up to her, asking, "You can drive?"

Back then, Amara usually brought lunch for him to the Everly Group building; he had heard she always took taxi, naturally assuming she didn’t know how to drive.
