Of the Anna Austin stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is Under the Veil I Rule. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 38. Let's read the author's Under the Veil I Rule Anna Austin story right here.

Amara kept her cool, not letting any anger or sadness seep into her voice. She hoped the issue would just blow over without any fuss.

But she hadn't anticipated Finnian's cold demeanor as he spoke, "Change that intimate scene. I don't want Liliana to be too exposed."

Amara's heart clenched. She knew she probably shouldn't ask, but the words slipped out anyway. "Why? You don't like seeing her with another man?"

"Yeah," Finnian admitted, his expression impassive.

Amara's lips lost some of their color, and her gaze dropped. She berated herself for asking such a question. Hadn't she already known the answer?

"I'll think about it."

She turned away to busy herself with the scripts on the table, hoping to hide her distress. Finnian glanced at her back, his eyes narrowing before he left the room.

The next morning, Liliana arrived at the set looking refreshed, her cheeks rosy as Finnian accompanied her. She graciously thanked everyone who had helped her the previous day.

They were set to reshoot the scene from yesterday. Cedric had received Finnian's orders to revise the script for Liliana, but after he relayed the message to Amara, the latter didn’t respond. She wasn't answering her phone either, making Cedric increasingly anxious.

"Mr. Zade, is the new script ready?" Liliana asked with a smile after finishing her morning greetings.

Cedric wiped the sweat from his brow, forcing a smile. "It'll be ready soon, don't worry. I'll get it to you shortly."

But Finnian was their financial backer, and his wishes had to be honored. Now, with Amara finding a stand-in, they could keep the original scenes and still meet Finnian's demands. Cedric was thrilled.

However, Liliana approached, her beautiful face tinged with anger. "Is this my stand-in? Ms. Sullivan, I don't agree with this."

While using stand-ins was common, everyone knew a good actor rarely needed one. Only those whose skills were inferior would seek one.

Thus, Liliana reckoned Amara’s bringing a stand-in was an insult to her.

"I'm doing this scene myself, Mr. Zade," she declared firmly. "I refuse to use a stand-in."
