William remained silent. Tiffany turned and walked away.

A sharp honk from behind made her frown.

She quickened her pace, but William's car soon caught up and blocked her path.

He stepped out, his eyes fixed on her defiant face. "Get in the car!"

It was early morning, and the dormitory area was bustling with activity. This wasn't a good place for a confrontation.

Tiffany suppressed her anger and asked, "What do you want?"

"I have questions for you."

"Can't you ask them here?"

William hesitated, then relented.

"Did he spend the night here last night?" he asked, his gaze locked on hers.

Tiffany knew he was referring to Vincent.

"No." Not wanting to cause any trouble, she vehemently denied it.
