Upstairs, Fiona quickly found the room Helen had been in earlier.

She waited outside for a while and calculated the time based on Eren's instruction. After confirming that the hallucinogens and stimulants inside had dissipated, she pressed on the door handle.

Upon entering, the room was empty. There was no one and no sound. She glanced around the room and found Eren's electric scent diffuser in the bedroom.

The light of the scent diffuser was still turned on, but the liquid inside only left less than one-fifth of its original amount.

She felt even more at ease. Eren had mentioned that the drugs would be the first to evaporate, leaving only the scented liquid behind. Moreover, the effectiveness of the drugs had long worn off. She wouldn't be affected.

Fiona stayed in the bedroom for a while, wondering why Helen would be immune to the drugs. But she was unable to figure it out, so she could only go out to look for Helios.

She turned and walked out of the bedroom. Just as she reached the door, she heard a noise coming from the opposite bathroom. Someone seemed to be hiding there.

"Who is it? Come out!" She raised her voice to boost her courage.

The door of the bathroom was soon opened, and someone walked out from inside. After seeing the person's face clearly, Fiona was instantly overjoyed and had her mouth hanging open in awe.

It was Otto. Why was he here?

Fiona was so excited that even her breathing became rapid. Was he waiting for her?

He was about to explain when she reached out to hug him at the waist, her petite body pressing close against him. He felt the soft touch against his chest, and both of his legs went weak.

Gulping nervously, he mustered up his courage and embraced her. As he held her tighter, he began to relax. He grew excited when he gradually smelled the pleasant fragrance on her.

"Nana…" he called her tenderly. "Do you know how long I've been waiting for this moment?"

With his dream becoming a reality, he suddenly became insecure. But the next moment, he heard Fiona saying softly, "I'm sorry. I was immature before and upset you in many ways.

"I actually meant well, but I always ended up making things worse. I thought you have already grown to dislike me."
