Hearing Jenny's words, Jasmine pressed her lips together. "I believe you didn't do this, but since the watch was in your bag, you need to explain."

"It wasn't her," Ethan stood up from the crowd to defend Helen. He scanned his classmates with a serious expression. "If she really took it, she must be very foolish to put the watch in her own bag so openly. Isn't that just blatantly telling everyone she stole it?"

The crowd fell silent. No one spoke up for a while until someone timidly suggested, "If it wasn't her, then who took it?"

Ethan's lips curled up slightly, wearing an expression of determination. "Actually, the solution is simple. Just call the police! With today's investigative techniques, it's easy. Ethan's logic seemed sound, prompting Jasmine to pull out her phone, "Then I'll call the police right now. I must find out who it is today!"
