Graham was left speechless.

He was astonished to see Chandler effortlessly buying and selling property. It was apparent that Chandler and Helen were enjoying a lavish lifestyle.

Helen spent the entire afternoon touring various properties with the sales agent, but none of them met her requirements.

Either the space was too small, or the required renovations were extensive and would demand ongoing maintenance. None of the properties were suitable for immediate use.

To top it off, Helen was wearing high heels. By the time evening approached, she was too tired to continue and decided to head home.

The sales agent knew that finalizing this deal would guarantee him a two-year commission. He expressed his thanks profusely as he escorted Helen outside to wait for her ride.

"Don't worry, Ms. Spencer," the sales agent said with a charming smile. "With my years of experience and extensive network, I'm confident I'll find the perfect property for you. I'll be sure to update you as soon as I have any news!"

"Thanks, I appreciate it," Helen replied, too weary to say much more. "My ride has arrived, so I'll be leaving now."

"Safe travels!" the sales agent called out.

He had planned to see Helen off, but as she walked away, his phone rang. Seeing it was his assistant, he answered without hesitation.

He had instructed his assistant to call him right away if any suitable properties for Helen came on the market.

"Any updates? Have you found anything?" the sales agent asked anxiously.

A few moments later, the sales agent rushed to Helen's cab, still holding his phone to his ear.

Throwing open the door, he said breathlessly, "Ms. Spencer, we've found a property that might be ideal! Let's arrange one last viewing—I'm confident we can close the deal!"

In real estate, losing a client to a competitor was a constant risk. The speed with which the sales agent had acted just now could have earned him a spot in the Olympics.

"No," Helen replied with a pout. "I don't want you interfering! This is my business, and I want to handle it myself. Chandler, don't be overbearing!"

"Alright, alright, I apologize for overstepping," Chandler said with a resigned sigh. "Get a good night's rest. I'll probably need to head to Ravenport tonight and won't be back."

"Okay, and make sure you get some sleep too. No all-nighters," Helen reminded.

"Yes, my lady," Chandler replied.

They shared a few more warm exchanges before eventually wrapping up the call.

Helen slept soundly that night, but her internal clock had her up early the next morning.

As soon as the workday started, she drove into the underground parking lot of Starlight Entertainment, the largest talent agency in the country.
