Germaine gave Jenson a subtle glance, silently celebrating on his behalf. It seemed that he wouldn't have to endure Tiana's nagging today.

But in the next moment, Germaine was proven wrong.

"Didn't you say the company was about to go public? Is this really all the office space you have?" Tiana remarked sharply, nitpicking every detail.

Meanwhile, Jenson's mind was preoccupied with Alice in the staff locker outside. He didn't respond, appearing distracted.

Germaine quickly stepped in to cover for him. "The market in Miravell is still developing, so we need to take a step-by-step approach. Yes, the initial investment has been significant, but if we can't adapt to the Morg market, it could all be a loss. While the space is a bit small, it's more than sufficient for now."

"Right, honey?" she added, trying to draw Jenson back into the conversation.

At her prompting, Jenson snapped out of his reverie. He removed his hands from his pockets, nodding belatedly. "Yes, that's exactly what I meant."

"As a man, your career is important, but you must never forget your priorities," Tiana said firmly. "If you can't take care of Germaine, it doesn't matter how successful you are—you'll still be a failure."

"You're absolutely right, Mom," Jenson replied, his expression becoming serious as he conveyed his sincerity. "I'll make sure to balance everything properly."

"Alright, I've said everything I needed to. Since you've got work to focus on, we'll leave you to it," Tiana said.

Satisfied that her mission was accomplished, she turned and headed toward the door.

"I've got everything under control here, so there's no need to worry," Germaine reassured, preparing to follow her out.

"Germaine," Jenson called, his tone becoming more serious. "I've got some things to take care of at Chandler's place. I've been working late every day, going back and forth. I might need to stay there for a few days."

"Alright," Germaine replied with a warm smile. "Just be sure to rest and don't overwork yourself. Take care. Bye."

"Bye..."

To her surprise, Sienna suddenly spoke up, "Intimate and harmonious… that just means showing affection, right? It looks like you and Daddy have your 'special time' every day! Am I right, Mommy?"

Helen was left speechless. How was she supposed to respond to that? Who could possibly keep up with that level of intimacy every single day?

"Nana is spot on," Chandler said, slipping into the room unnoticed. His eyes were locked on Helen, filled with desire. "I'll make sure to hit that target every day from now on."

"Oh, you wish!" Helen shot back, rolling her eyes. "Maybe you should check if your back can handle it first!"

"Trust me," Chandler teased, leaning in with a mischievous grin, "as long as you give me the green light, I'm ready to become a perpetual motion machine."

Chandler and Helen flirted freely, completely oblivious to Lincoln and Sienna's presence in the room.

Sienna, however, was left utterly confused, her face a picture of bewilderment.
