In short, James and the others had good foresight and followed the right leader. Besides being capable, Chandler's luck had always been on his side.
Chandler was able to make it through difficult circumstances every time. Meanwhile, Stanson could only suffer losses. Thus, sometimes, luck was a decisive factor in determining success or failure.
Chandler remained silent for a long time, then he slowly walked over to James and pushed his gun aside.
Without the immediate threat to his life, Stanson was finally relieved. He gulped and wiped the cold sweat from his forehead.
Chandler looked down at Stanson from above, like a noble king. "Human trafficking is unethical. Since it was discovered by Destiny Corporation, just consider that we did a good deed for the Hollands.
"You wanted to capture my younger brother, and I ruined one of your deals. We're even now. If you don't want what happened today to happen again, remember to turn the other way when you see me next time."
After delivering his warning, Chandler turned and left.
When he passed by the container, he noticed a dirty, long-haired young woman standing still at the door of the container and staring at him expressionlessly.
After going through such a dire incident and being stared at directly by Chandler, the young woman surprisingly showed no sign of fear. Such boldness was well-suited for Destiny Corporation.
Chandler stopped and asked her name. "What's your name?"
"Giselle Hepburn," she replied calmly.
"I see." Chandler nodded slightly. "Let's go." He then got off the ship, followed by Giselle and James.
Once they had walked far away, Stanson got up and cursed at the spot where the people had long been gone. "Chandler, I'm keeping an eye on you. I'll make you pay for everything sooner or later."
Although Jenson and Zac weren't particularly close, they were still brothers. If Jenson tried to get on Zac's good side, he might be able to get away.
"Untie you so that you can go back to help Chandler?" Zac's expression instantly darkened. "Jenson, stop playing dumb. I've already found out that you're the head of SK Group now. You've helped Chandler solve quite a number of problems over the past few years."
"What's the problem? You're my brother, and he's also my brother. To me, both of you are the same." Jenson continued to act innocent. "My clothes are still wet, and I might catch a cold later. Hurry up and untie me first. It's really tiring to talk like this."
"No problem." Zac got down from the platform and walked up to Jenson. Crouching down, he reached out to untie the knot.
But as soon as he touched the rope, he withdrew his hand, put it in his pocket, and stood up straight. "Do you think I'm still as easy to fool as I was back then?
"You're the head of SK Group, and with the backing you have now, I'm afraid I can't defeat you anymore. Releasing you is equivalent to putting myself in future danger. I'm not that stupid."
