Hearing the barking, Taylor noticed that Lucy had brought her dog along. The canine was sitting by the car window, tail wagging excitedly in his direction.

"Good boy," Taylor said, reaching out to pat its head. "We've only met once, yet you remember me. That's quite an impressive memory."

The dog eagerly nudged its head into his palm, its tail wagging so wildly it looked like it could lift off the ground.

Taylor stepped closer, scooping the dog into his arms for a proper hug. While holding the dog, he turned to Lucy. "This place is pretty remote. What brings you out here?"

"I was planning to take Prince to the farm," Lucy explained. "There are lots of animals there, and I thought he'd have a great time playing with them."

So, it turned out that the dog's name was Prince.

"That makes sense—animals tend to enjoy being around their own kind," Taylor said with a nod. "In that case, we won't keep you. Drive safely."

"Alright, see you," Lucy replied, giving a wave before getting into her car and driving off.

As the car disappeared from view, Germaine stood still, her thoughts clearly elsewhere.

"Are you okay?" Taylor asked, noticing she still seemed shaken from the earlier encounter.

Germaine kept her gaze fixed on the spot where Lucy's car had been. "I'm just thinking… Maybe we haven't expanded our search enough. Sure, a slum is a decent place to hide, but somewhere completely off the grid would be even better."

"Are you saying Zac could be hiding on a farm?" Taylor asked, his expression shifting as he quickly grasped her point.

"Think about it," Germaine continued, analyzing the situation. "Zac's running a major operation, so he's probably surrounded by a group of henchmen. A farm would be the perfect hideout. With that many people, they wouldn't even need to leave for supplies."

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's get the team and start searching!"

Without hesitation, Taylor pulled out his phone and began making calls.

Lucy spent her time outdoors at the farm, enjoying the fresh air with Prince. After some playtime, they switched to Prince's favorite game—fetch with a bouncy ball.

Lucy tossed the ball, and Prince eagerly retrieved it, never tiring of the repetitive game.

A man's cold, hushed voice cut through the silence. "The farm's under your watch for now. Keep him in line. If anything goes wrong, you won't live to see another day…"

The voice grew closer, passing directly across from Lucy before slowly fading into the distance.

His words immediately reminded Lucy of Taylor and Germaine. Both were from Grand Cathay and searching for someone, while this man appeared to be intent on keeping someone confined.

Could there be a connection between the two?

Lost in thought, Lucy quickly grabbed her phone to call Taylor.

But at that moment, Prince barked loudly.

Lucy hurriedly pressed her hand over his mouth, but it was too late. Zac froze in his tracks, slowly turning his head back to look behind him.

Lucy held her breath, straining to listen. After a tense silence, a deep, menacing voice came from above her.

"Who are you calling?"
