Helen was bewildered. However, she didn't dwell on it and headed downstairs.

Once in his room, Chandler realized his heart was racing unusually. He wondered what was going on as he felt an unexpected rush of excitement upon seeing Helen.

"Chandler, when are you coming down? I'm about to be late for school!" Helen shouted.

Helen's impatient voice came from behind the door as she pushed him for an answer. Chandler partially opened the door and said, "My leg's bothering me. Let Jenson drive you."

As he attempted to close the door, Helen blocked it and said, "Your leg seemed fine during your morning run."

Chandler firmly replied, "The leg's not fully healed. It's inconvenient."

Accepting Chandler's steadfast nature, Helen didn't argue further. "Okay, then I'm off," she said and left before joining Jenson for the school.

At the lively campus, Helen waited for Jenson before they walked in together. "Helen, can you explain trigonometry to me today? I couldn't grasp it last night."

Helen nodded. "The textbook gives you the basics. Practice more with different problems as the exams approach. I'll lend you my workbook. It might help."

Jenson was grateful. "Thanks, Helen!"

Whispers filled the classroom as they reached Helen's ears.

She gave Jenson an encouraging look and mouthed, "You can do it."

Initially hesitant, Jenson stood up after he was encouraged by Helen's support. He walked to the board under the astonished gazes of his classmates.

Gerard handed him the chalk and said, "Don't worry if you can't solve it. Just standing here is commendable enough."
