Helen didn't say anything else. Although nothing happened to her, the car was a total loss. No matter what, Helen had to find out who was behind the accident. Otherwise, Chandler would definitely be in danger.

Helen hurriedly left the venue. Paul was already waiting for her at the exit.

Helen opened the door and got into the car without hesitation. "To the hospital," she said.

Paul didn't ask any questions, and he started driving right away.

Chandler was at the hospital. Fortunately, the injuries on his legs weren't serious.

"You're lucky that it's nothing serious. If it were, your life might be in danger." As the doctor spoke, he added, "Racing is dangerous, and young people like yourself shouldn't be careless with your lives. It's better if you quit dangerous activities like this in the future."

Helen was at the entrance, and after she heard what the doctor said, she was finally able to relax.

She didn't enter the examination room. Instead, she turned around and left. After getting back into the car, Paul looked at her and asked, "Do you care a lot about that man?"

Helen didn't answer his question. "Let's go back first."

Paul smirked and looked right into her eyes. "What's wrong? H, you've always been straightforward. Why are you avoiding my questions today?"

"What do you want to know?" Helen asked.

Paul smiled. "What is your relationship with him?"

"We're just friends." Helen casually answered without any emotions, but Paul didn't believe it at all.

"Are you really just friends?" he pressed further.

"But, H, this is the business empire you've created from scratch. Don't you care about it at all?" Paul was confused. However, Helen just smiled and didn't say a word.

Seeing that, Paul sent Gordon a message.

Meanwhile, Gordon Brown just finished a meeting in the most luxurious building in Glendale. He sat in his chair and was rubbing his temples to relax when his phone buzzed. After reading the message he received, he violently jumped up from his seat. "Oh, my! Boss is finally back!"

Gordon wanted to cry so badly as he had been waiting for this day for too long.

Helen had left him in charge of the company for many years. It seemed to him that he could finally take a break.

"When is Boss arriving?" Gordon called Paul on his phone. Paul looked at Helen, who was in the passenger seat, and he slowly said, "An hour later."

Gordon was over the moon. "Tell Boss that I'll be waiting for her here."
