Sylvia smiled back at her. "You sure went out early in the morning, Helly. Did something happen?"

Helen approached her grandmother and grabbed the latter's arm. "It's no big deal. We've taken care of it. What are you doing with Grandpa at home?"

"What else can we do? We're just wishing our friends a Happy New Year. By the way, Aunt Yelena called earlier. She said she would reach Aguilisco later. You should go pick her up," said Sylvia.

Helen was surprised. "Aunt Yelena is coming back?"

"Yeah. She heard you're getting engaged with Chandler, and she's hurrying back," Sylvia replied.

Helen quickly agreed to the request. "What time is her flight? I'll go pick her up later."

Sylvia asked the housekeeper for the flight details. When Helen received them, she looked at the time. Yelena was going to reach in three hours, and Helen couldn't wait anymore. She went upstairs to get changed and wanted to leave immediately. However, Chandler stopped her.

"Alright. Calm down. I'll go with you," he said.

Helen smiled at him. "Thank you!"

Chandler reached out and patted her on her head. "Why are you being so formal with me?"

After the couple left the house, Chandler started driving to the airport. Yelena's flight reached the airport on time, and Helen waited at the exit with Chandler. In just a few moments, they saw a familiar figure.

She awkwardly glanced at Chandler and softly said, "We didn't have the time to prepare, Aunt Yelena."

Yelena was surprised. "The engagement is around the corner. How could you not have prepared it yet? Aren't you being too casual about this?"
