The scarred man covered his wound. He knew he had failed this time. He never expected Helen to be that great! However, it didn't matter to him. He only wanted to test the water that day. The man didn't believe Helen would always be that lucky.

"Not bad. Although I can't get you today, I'll definitely end you myself one day." To his surprise, Helen raised the gun again right after he finished speaking.

She slowly said, "There's one thing you need to know about me. I don't leave any loose ends behind."

Then, she fired three shots in a row at the man's chest. He stared daggers at Helen with his eyes wide open as he fell to the ground.

When his men around them saw what had happened, they started pointing their weapons at Helen.

However, she calmly reloaded her pistol. "You can try and see if you're faster than me. Don't say that I've never warned you. You only have one chance at life, so choose wisely."

After Helen said that, the men exchanged glances and slowly threw their guns away. Then, they raised their hands to surrender.

A few moments later, they heard footsteps coming in from the outside. Taylor led a group of people to Helen. "Boss, are you alright?"

Helen shrugged. "Do I not look like I'm alright?"

Then, Taylor finally noticed the scarred man had fallen to the ground. He let out a sigh of relief and quickly explained, "Boss, I underestimated our enemies this time. I didn't think they would attack me."

"Their target wasn't you. They were after me! Those people clearly came prepared and weren't friendly at all. We need to be cautious from now on," Helen warned.

Taylor nodded. "I understand, Boss. However, the three million dollars are gone. They were fast, and we couldn't catch up at all."

When Helen heard that the money was gone, she was instantly furious. Three million dollars was enough to pay for the Dragon's Den's expenses for at least three months. Now, it was gone just like that. Helen was upset.

"Look into it. Those cash have serial numbers, so find them no matter what," she instructed.

"Yes, Boss. I'll look into it right away," Taylor replied.

"Taylor, let's split up. You go out from the front, and I'll leave from the back. Let's try to break through their defense and not fight them head-on," Helen instructed.

Taylor nodded. "Yes, Boss. You're hurt, so you should take more of our men with you."

"I understand. Let's go." Helen left from the back with some of their men. Upon leaving, they were surrounded by their enemies. However, it seemed like Helen's opponents weren't planning on killing them as the men weren't shooting directly at Helen and her followers.

On the other hand, Helen wasn't planning on playing nice. She raised her gun using her left arm and fired a few shots in a row at her enemies' hearts.

They didn't expect Helen to be so cruel and underestimated her capabilities.

Helen brought her followers and got out of the ambush. They ran nonstop for a while and heard a bike approaching them. Then, the bike stopped in front of Helen. "Get on!"
