Helen nodded and said, "Please arrange a place for me to work! I'll start in a while."

Adrian smiled. "There's no rush. I've already prepared an office for you. Take a rest first. I'll get Claire to bring you there."

After saying that, someone knocked on the door. "Mr. Newton, Ms. Leonard is here."

When Adrian heard that, his gaze shifted, and he looked serious. "Tell her to wait for me in the lounge. I'll be there soon."

"Yes, Mr. Newton," they responded.

Seeing that he was busy, Helen got up. "Since you're busy, I'll just let your assistant bring me there."

Adrian nodded. "Sure. I'll ask her to bring you there."

After exiting the office, Claire quickly said to Helen, "Ms. Spencer, let's go."

Just as they turned the corner, they bumped into Margaret. Helen frowned slightly and realized Margaret was the Ms. Leonard she had heard about earlier.

Margaret was surprised to see Helen there as well. Then, she heard about what Celeste had told her and smiled. Her eyes were full of joy. "I was wondering who it was. It turns out to be an old friend."

Helen ignored her and walked away. However, Margaret called out to her. "What's wrong? Are you leaving because of me? Do you know Chandler is way more passionate than you when he sees me?"

It wouldn't have mattered if Margaret didn't say that. Upon hearing that, Helen was finally ready to vent her frustrations from before. "Are you serious? Is he that passionate about you? From what I've heard, he isn't that friendly toward you at all!"

"How am I ruining his reputation? I didn't say anything." Margaret insisted.

Helen smiled. "That would be the best. After all, you have a partner too, Ms. Leonard. So, stop thinking about others. I'm great at holding grudges. If someone has their eyes on my belongings, I'll do anything to them."

Helen boldly threatened Margaret with no hesitation.

Margaret was shocked by Helen's dominance, despite thinking that the latter was only an ugly villager. Margaret also knew she had to back off, even though she really liked Chandler.

"What are you saying, Helen? I've never been interested in your belongings," Margaret said nervously.
