"What are you saying, Chandler? If Helen moves out, wouldn't it be inconvenient for you two to meet in the future?"

"That's right. She's already engaged to you, so that practically makes us family. She'll be staying with us sooner or later."

However, Chandler didn't look up at all. He just simply said, "I'm just respecting her decision."

When Helen heard that, her heart sank. But she didn't let her disappointment show on her face. In fact, she didn't react much. She didn't know what was wrong with her. She was the one who wanted to move out. Now that he was agreeing with her, she felt upset about it.

"Please enjoy your meal. I'm going upstairs to pack."

"Put the suitcase in the back of the car. I'll fetch her there."

Jenson wanted to say something, but he kept silent when he saw how insistent Chandler was being. Jenson obediently put the suitcase in the trunk of the car.

"Let's go." After Chandler said that, he went outside first.

After placing the suitcase in the bedroom, Chandler scanned the room and asked, "When did you buy this place?"

Helen answered, "Just before I moved to the Newton residence."

Chandler nodded. "It's a nice place. But it's unsafe for a woman like you to stay alone."

"It's alright. I've prepared everything. I'll buy a pair of men's shoes tomorrow and place them outside. I'll also hang some men's clothing on the balcony. That way, people won't know I'm a woman staying alone."

Chandler narrowed his eyes. "You sure have planned this carefully. Do you have anything else planned?"

Helen instinctively said, "This is good enough!"

Chandler walked around the unit and checked the balcony and windows in the bathroom. After making sure there was no problem, he said, "I have something to take care of at the company, so I'll be leaving now. Be sure to take care of yourself since you're staying alone."

Helen quickly nodded. "Don't worry. I know."
