Chandler walked leisurely toward Helen, holding her red cheek that had been slapped. Frowning, he asked softly, "Does it still hurt?"

Helen shook her head. "Didn't you say that you have a long-delayed conference that has to be settled today? Why are you here?"

Chandler sighed and said helplessly, "Your matter is more important than the company."

Jenson was getting goosebumps when he heard that, wondering when Chandler had become so corny.

Holding his fist against his lips, he pretended to cough. "Hey, many people are watching. Watch yourself."

Chandler flashed him a glare, and Jenson immediately zipped his mouth shut. He held Helen's hand and stood by her side, looking at Rachel expressionlessly.

"You said my mom allowed you to attack Helen, so where's the proof?"

Rachel was taken aback by Chandler's powerful demeanor and was at a loss for words. She stammered, "We talked about it during the usual gathering. Who would've recorded it? Chandler, I'm helping you to discipline your fiancée. Don't be ignorant."

Chandler ignored the latter part of her sentence. His eyes were filled with strong killing intent as he hissed, "That means you don't have it."

Before Rachel could refute it, Chandler dialed Edward's number in front of everyone and turned on the speaker.

The call was quickly answered, "What's the matter?"

"Mr. Edward Green, what's the charge of intention assault?" Chandler asked coldly.

"Depending on the situation, it could be between three to seven years of imprisonment," Edward replied professionally.

Chandler put away his cell phone calmly and said, after a pause, "Now, he will be in charge of my fiancée's case only."

Trembling, Rachel was at a loss of words.

Edward was considered smart not only because he had never lost a lawsuit but also because of his excellent business skills. He had once set a record of attending 16 consecutive court cases in a day when he started practicing law.

He won each lawsuit, which he concluded in around 30 minutes on average. Until today, no one was able to break his record.
