Aaron paused, carefully selecting his words. "Zac is a part of your family, and he and Helen… They have quite a history between them. Regardless, she can't marry either of you. As her father, it's my duty to ensure she doesn't get hurt."

Upon hearing this, Chandler grew quiet. He immediately muted his phone and turned to his office staff, instructing, "Everyone, take a 15-minute break. Please step out."

Within moments, the office was deserted.

Chandler eventually addressed Aaron, breaking the silence. "You're talking about those photos of Zac and Helen, aren't you?"

Aaron froze, taken aback that Chandler was already informed about the situation.

"Now that you know the truth, there's no point in hiding it. If Zac and Helen's history were to be revealed, Helen would be the one to suffer. If you have any integrity, you'll choose to end the engagement willingly," Aaron stated.

"That's not going to happen," Chandler asserted firmly, speaking up for the first time. "I am committed to marrying Helen."

"So, you're intent on challenging me, huh?" Aaron's tone turned icy. "Do you honestly believe that your success in the stock market with Nexus Pharmaceutical Corporation qualifies you to challenge me?"

"Since you're Helen's father, I won't go out of my way to harm you. However, anyone who stands in the way of Helen and me will be seen as my adversary!" Chandler's voice rang out with determination, each word a firm warning.
