Mike didn't have much to manage, but he wasn't that free to look into the Boston family's affairs, either. Since he had prepared the medicine early, there was bound to be someone instructing him behind the scenes.

"Well." Mike hesitated for a while before lowering his head and saying with a fake smile, "This would be another deal.

"Hels, even though we are sisters, business is business. If you want to know the answer, you'll have to wait until you have something I need."

She found an excuse to leave the ward and silently followed him to the nearest emergency exit. Soon, there were voices coming from the stairwell.
