"What do you mean by that?" Dennis asked with a serious expression.

Sensing Helen's mischievous demeanor, he suggested, "Since I'm a bit older than you guys, how about you call me Denny, and I'll call you Helly? Using our actual names feels too formal, don't you think?"

"But I'm the housekeeper here. There's really no need for me to have an assistant," Cindy replied, pleasantly surprised by the offer.

"It's fine. Don't worry about being formal with her; she enjoys doing these tasks," Helen replied nonchalantly.

"I have my plans," Helen replied calmly, giving no further explanation.

Seeing her resolve, Dennis decided to drop the topic.

"A land auction in Stagville?" Helen asked, glancing at Chandler. "Are you exploring real estate?"

"It's your venture, not mine," Chandler replied, settling into a more relaxed posture and gently placing his arm around Helen's shoulder. "Plot five is the land Faye is interested in, and it's also the one Cameron is considering."
