Brody was in a state of panic after failing to secure the land. After the event ended, he hurried out to make a phone call, desperate to salvage the situation.

Meanwhile, Faye remained composed, approaching Helen calmly as she walked toward her.

"Oh dear, what are you going to do now? Your beloved piece of land has slipped right through your fingers. Even without Cameron, it looks like you might struggle to hold onto your position," Helen taunted impassively.

"Come on, Helen. My affairs aren't your concern," Faye shot back. While I couldn't secure the land, let's not forget you were unsuccessful too. There's really no reason for you to mock me."

"I suppose you're right. I did miss the chance to infiltrate Boston Group," Helen pretended to lament before returning to her usual indifferent expression. "But then again, I never planned to go back to the company anyway. Did you forget about that?"

Faye's expression faltered as she found herself at a loss for words.

"Besides, why should I regret losing something I never really wanted in the first place?" Helen continued in a soft voice. "Seeing your dissatisfaction brings me an equal amount of joy. Shouldn't that be cause for celebration?"

"Of course we should celebrate!" Ambrose exclaimed enthusiastically. "Such a joyous occasion calls for us to drink till we drop. Here's to the start of Faye's streak of misfortune!"

"You better watch your words, or I'll make sure to shut you up," Faye retorted with a fierce glare.

"Go ahead and take your shot! I've been itching for a fight anyway," Ambrose replied with his typical tough-guy attitude.

But without his intimidating scar, he looked less threatening and more like he was asking for trouble.

Just then, a well-dressed man in a suit approached, holding a document.

"Excuse me, which one of you is Ms. Helen Spencer?" he asked politely.

"That would be me. Can I assist you with something?" Helen replied. She immediately recognized him as the man who had outbid both her and Faye.

"Excellent," Graham replied warmly as he handed the document to Helen. "This is the deed. On behalf of my employer, I am pleased to present this as a gift to you."

"Absolutely. You do owe me, after all," Chandler replied.

"What do you mean?" Helen asked, sensing an ulterior motive.

Chandler continued with a faint smile, "Let me put it this way. If I take care of the favors you owe to others, wouldn't that shift it into a debt you owe to me instead? Makes sense, doesn't it?"

"That does sound like a good deal," Helen replied with a mischievous glint in her eyes. "I guess that means I'm off the hook!"

Chandler frowned, choosing to remain silent. After all, it was only fair for him to spoil his fiancée.

Meanwhile, Helen playfully stuck out her tongue. She snatched the deed and waved it in front of Faye provocatively. "Well, what do you have to say for yourself now?"

Faye clenched her fists tightly, her anger leaving her speechless.
