The girl Jewel quickly followed Monique as she left, she knew she was very hurt by the friend's words, she was a woman so she knew the feeling but she believed Cain still loved her.

"What took you so long?" Thunder asked her when she entered their room

"I talked to Monique," she answer and looked in the mirror to comb her hair

Thunder stood up and hugged his wife. "W-why?

"Nothing, I just wanna hug you. I miss you," Thunder said softly

"We've been together all day." she said and turned to hug her husband

She was about to speak when Thunder kissed her, she could taste the alcohol that her husband drank while kissing him.

"W-what are you doing?" she asked stunned

But Thunder just doesn't seem to hear anything because he is still continuing to kiss her. The two of them kissed deeply and passionately until she no longer realized that they were already in bed, Thunder stopped what he was doing and looked at her.
