As Nathaniel walked toward the door, he saw Sheena and Elliot, and they exchanged a friendly smile.

Adora's eyes were fixed on Callum.

She asked, "Uncle Nate, can I hold Callum? He's so cute!"

Nathaniel was always gentle with her.

He crouched and handed Callum to Adora, saying, "He's a bit chubby. If he feels heavy, just let him walk on his own."

Elliot was ready to take his beloved daughter back, but Sheena stopped him.

"Callum is only one year old. He doesn't understand much—he either likes someone or he doesn't. Adora seems to like him a lot too. Let the kids be kids."

Elliot understood her point well and agreed. "Alright. I'll let them be."

Sheena linked her arm with Elliot's, smiling at him before turning to Adora.

"Adora, if you're having trouble holding Callum, don't force yourself. We don't want him to get hurt."

Nathaniel crouched in front of Adora and said gently, "If Callum feels heavy, just give him to me. I don't want you to tire yourself out."
