Key: Wall Around Her Heart Chapter 24:Legend

I was shocked when, Tammy walked over to the table, looked at me, took my beer out of my hand and drank some before she handed it back to me and walked back over to her table.

God, I want that woman. She is something else. And the way she talked to Horse, made me smile. I never smile. Not ever. When I do it shocks people.

But Tammy she is different. She is hurt, she is angry. And she does not trust too many men. I know what happened to her. I am friends with Knuckles.

He loved her when they were teenagers. He still had nightmares of not being able to stop what happened to her and her baby sister.

He thinks she stays away from men because of her back. I don't care that she has scares. That is something I will help her with. Massaging her back. I do that for a living. I work at the burn hospital.

That's right, I am a massage therapist. I love my work. I work with all ages of people, men, woman, and children. It makes me feel good that I can release their pains.

I watched her at the bar. And she can dance. But she has withdrawn so far into herself. She had not even let, Horse get close to her.

She does trust Renegade and Gunner. I looked over to see four men surround her and that pissed me off. I know who those bastards are. They better not touch her.

Right now, I wanted to kill them. But, Renegade, and Savage took care of the problem. I don't trust them. Not one bit. I watched as she walked out the door.

I am her uncle's VP. I am 26 years old. I never claimed a woman, and I never dated. I never wanted to. At least not until now. Now, I want that feisty tiny woman for my own.

I was sitting on the front porch when I saw her walk outside carrying her sword. I had my foot resting on the porch rail. Then I watched her. I was wearing sunglasses.

I watched the smooth moves, the way she held the sword, and sung it. She is incredibly good. But I could teach her more. I am a grandmaster with swords.

I don't know who taught her, but they taught her what they could. I can tell they were not a master. She is graceful in her movements.
